Shipping Information
We use Canada Post for all our domestic and international orders. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email notifying you when your order has been fulfilled, and a Shipping Update email once a tracking number has been attached. We offer next day shipping on all orders except on holidays!
Please refer to the below charts for an estimate of shipping and handling charges to various locations as well as estimated* arrival dates.

International Shipping & Customs
For orders shipped outside of Canada, as every country is different, we recommend customers refer to the custom legislations of their respective countries as we do not take responsibility for any duties, brokerage fees or possible resulting delays due to customs, should any apply.
North America - USA

We offer international shipping to select European countries*. If there is something particular you wish to order and are from a country not listed, please feel free to email us.

If you do not claim the package or refuse to accept, and it is returned to us, we will refund you for the merchandise minus the total shipping fees charged by Canada Post. You may choose to have the package re-shipped to you, once you have paid the postal charges in full.
Returns/ Exchanges
Fireflies for Lanterns will accept returns or exchanges on any unwanted merchandise purchased with us within 7 calendar days of receipt. To proceed with a return or an exchange, you must email us at info@firefliesforlanterns.com within 7 calendar days of receiving the item. Kindly include ‘Return/ Exchange Request,’ along with your order number in the subject line. Within 7 calendar days of receipt, you may choose to return or exchange your unwanted merchandise for a product of equal or greater value, or choose to receive store credit.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, clean and in brand new condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging.
All returns must be sent to us within 30 days of the return/exchange being approved, with a copy of the original invoice included. Fireflies for Lanterns reserves the right to refuse returns that are not received within this time frame or received without a proof of purchase. Please be advised that the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend choosing a shipping method with tracking and insurance as Fireflies for Lanterns is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable and in the event the customer chooses store credit; to be used at a future time instead of receiving an exchange on an item right away, new shipping charges will apply for the future purchase where the store credit is used.
Sale items are final sale and are not eligible returns.*

Fireflies for Lanterns reserves the right to deny any returns/exchanges if the merchandise do not meet our policy guidelines, or are being returned past the above stated time periods.
Upon receiving your original item, we will email you a code for store credit or process an exchange for you and email your new shipment tracking ID within 2-3 business days. In the case of a return, it will also be processed within 2-3 business days of us receiving your item.
